Itibia leverages the Helios processors in the gateways to meet CTC Biz Navigator requirements. The gateways support Ethernet, EPON, GPON, and wireless (WiFi/3G) services.“The OfficeTen1800 series provides a high level of integration of service functions for data communications, switching, wireless network, 3G, and voice access, all with simple and straightforward on-site deployment to best address SMEs’ needs in China,” said Dr. Liu Jiming, CEO of Itibia. “BroadLight’s Helios ‘fiber grade’ architecture best supports the high-performance requirement for this market.”BroadLight’s introduced the Helios line of processors this past June (see “BroadLight introduces new Helios embedded processor line”).
