‘Rostelecom expands fibre optic network in Sakhalin’

Russian national operator Rostelecom has expanded its fibre optic network in the Sakhalin region. The operator has deployed a 16 km section connecting Uglegorsk and Shakhtyorsk, and a 9 km section connecting Vostok and Vakhrushev.
